摘要 采用金相显微镜和扫描电镜,对Q235热轧盘条表面直线条纹缺陷的纵截面和横截面进行观察,分析了直线条纹缺陷产生的原因,并提出了直线条纹缺陷的解决方法。结果表明:表面直线裂纹产生的原因是冶炼过程中在铸坯内部存在非金属夹杂,可以通过提高钢坯的纯净度、增强铸坯表面质量控制减少直线条纹缺陷。 In this paper, the vertical section and cross section of straight line defects on the surface of Q235 hot-rolledwire rods were observed by optical microscope and scanning electron microscope. The reasons for the linear line defects wereanalyzed and the solution to the linear line defects was proposed. The reason for the surface straight crack is that non-metal?lic inclusions exist in the slab during the smelting process. By improving the purity of the billet and strengthening the slabsurface quality control to reduce the linear fringe defects.
