摘要
介绍了锚杆用热轧带螺纹肋钢筋的孔型设计与开发过程。根据冶金标准和使用要求,设计了合理的产品的化学成分、生产工艺流程、K_0和K_1架次孔型、横肋铣槽间距、特定轧辊直径等参数,从而实现了产品外形尺寸、表面质量、力学性能等达到用户要求。
Pass design and development of hot rolled ribbed steel for anchor bar is introduced. According to metallurgi？cal standards and usage requirements, the reasonable chemical composition of the product, the process flow of K0、K1 pas？ses, the space between transverse ribs and grooves, the specific roll diameter and other parameters have been designed, soas to realize the product shape size, surface quality and mechanical properties to meet user requirements.
