摘要
介绍了宣钢2号高炉针对高炉休风后炉况恢复缓慢这一课题,通过进行大量的数据采集与研究,对比各大高炉装料制度的优劣以及休送风方案的合理性,制定出了适合宣钢特色的装料制度及休送风方案,保证了高炉休风的安全稳定,并且在送风后能在较短的时间内恢复到炉况的正常状态。
This paper introduces the problem of slow recovery of blast furnace condition after blast break in No.2 blastfurnace of Xuanhua Steel, through a large amount of data collection and research, the advantages and disadvantages of charging system of each blast furnace and the reasonableness of off-air supply scheme are compared. The charging system andoff-air supply scheme suitable for Xuanhua Steel are worked out, which ensures the safety and stability of blast furnace off-air, and can be restored to the normal state of furnace condition in a short time after air supply.
