转炉炼钢各工序温降因素及其控制措施 被引量:4

摘要 分析转炉炼钢过程中钢水温降及其影响因素:出钢温度、钢包运行时间、合金、辅料加入量及吹氩喂线操作等是影响钢水过程温降的主要因素。通过对钢水温降规律的研究,掌握了钢水全流程温度变化规律,并通过对影响钢水过程温降的因素进行研究,提出了降低出钢温度、加强钢包管理等减少钢水过程温降的措施,缩短了炼钢全流程物流时间,降低了钢水过程温降,中包温度合格率大幅度提高,中包温度合格率提高后浇注更加稳定,铸坯质量合格率也有明显的提高。 Analysis the main factors affect on the molten steel temperature in the processes of steal making: the steeltemperature, the ladle runs time, alloy, the amount of supplementary material and the operation of blowing argon line, etc.Through the research on the molten steel temperature drop law, grasp the whole process of molten steel temperature variation,and through research on the influence factors of molten steel temperature drop, and puts forward some measures to strengthenmanagement, reduce the tapping temperature of ladle, etc. reduce molten steel temperature drop, shorten the whole process oflogistics time steelmaking, reduces the temperature of molten steel drop, tundish temperature greatly improve the yield,tundish temperature qualified rate increase after the casting billet quality is more stable, the qualified rate is higher.
