冶金企业安全风险预警模式及应用

SAFETY RISK EARLY WARNING MODE AND ITS APPLICATION IN METALLURGICAL ENTERPRISES

风险预警管理是现代企业安全管理的重要内容,是企业安全运营的重要保障。对高风险事故分析与预警级别确定方案进行了研究,综合利用事故树分析技术和可靠性工程技术,明确了安全风险预警要素的预警阈值,并提出了相关监测指标的确定方法。通过安全风险预警模式及模型的应用,证明了本文所建立的安全风险预警模式在冶金企业的科学适用性。

Risk early warning management is an important part of modern enterprise safety management and an important guarantee for the safe operation of enterprises. This paper studies the high-risk accident analysis and early warning level determination plan, comprehensively uses the accident tree analysis technology and reliability engineering technology,defines the warning threshold of security risk early warning elements, and proposes the relevant monitoring index determination method. Through the application of the security risk early warning model and model, the scientific applicability of thesecurity risk early warning model established in this paper in metallurgical enterprises is proved.
