制造企业服务转型演化的序参量识别研究

摘要 针对揭示制造企业服务转型演化本质因素的局限性,运用协同学理论的支配原理,通过制造企业服务转型演化特征分析,借鉴BSC和KPI构建其状态参量体系,选取5家具有代表性的上市服务型制造企业样本数据,运用粗糙集约简理论,从状态参量体系中进行序参量的定量识别。研究结果表明:盈利能力、服务创新能力、客户关系度是支配制造企业服务转型演化的序参量;随着企业引导客户参与的加深,制造企业在服务要素与制造要素的协同运作下向客户提供更具个性化与定制化的产品服务方案,服务转型由低阶逐渐走向高阶有序。 Targeted at the limitations of essential factors which reveal manufacturing firms' servitization, this paper applies the slaving principle in syengreitcs and analyzes the features of manufacturing firms' servitization. Meanwhile, the paper builds the state parameter system based on BSC and KPI, gathers sample data from 5 representative listed service-oriented enterprises, thus recognizes the order parameters from the state parameter system by using reduction in rough set. The analysis demonstrates that profitability, service innovation capability and customer relationship degree are the order parameters. With the increase of customer participation, manufacturing firms provide customers with more personalized and customized PSS as a combined effect of service element, manufacturing element and the servitization, upgrading the service to a higher order.
