“互联网＋农业产业链”是一项将互联网与农业进行深度融合的系统工程。随着“互联网＋”战略地位的确立，互联网已成为转变现代农业发展方式，推动农业产业链转型升级，提高农业生产效率的关键手段。文章重点提出“核心企业＋全产业链增值”和“平台生态圈＋中小企业集群”两种农业产业链模式，并从顶层设计、制度保障、产业创新、科技创新、机制创新、人才培养等基础设施方面，提出创新路径。
