摘要
在网络众包逐渐普及的环境下,快递行业进行了相应改革,众包快递随之产生。文章首先阐述了网络众包的定义及其与快递行业结合所产生的众包快递的含义,阐述了众包快递顾客满意度的内涵及其影响因素。借鉴经典的顾客满意度理论,构建了众包快递的顾客满意度指数模型,使用AMOS24.0软件对该模型进行参数拟合,通过实证研究检验该模型的合理性,最后给出了众包快递的发展建议。
In the growing popularity of the network crowdsourcing environment, express industry has carried on the corresponding reform, and then the crowdsourcing express come into being. This paper elaborate the meanings of network crowdsourcing and crowdsourcing express which combine the network crowdsourcing with the express industry, analyze the definition and influencing of crowdsourcing-express customer satisfaction. And then, it establishes crowdsourcing express customer satisfaction degree by means of classical customer satisfaction model, uses the Amos 24.0 to fit parameters, examines model rationality through empirical study, and finally give some suggestions to improve crowdsourcing express service.
