基于云计算BOM系统的设计与实现

摘要 传统的BOM系统只能服务于企业内部,同一集团下不同子公司的BOM系统具有差异,难以做到信息共享。先进制造业和信息产业的融合能够有效改善制造业的生产组织方式及业务流程,从而提高企业效益和管理水平、增强企业市场竞争力。按照管理信息系统的设计规则,运用Java Web技术,结合云计算的存储和计算优势设计BOM系统。开发基于云计算的BOM系统既能够帮助企业拥有了基础的BOM管理功能,并且保持了相关使用人员的工作习惯,同时也确保了共享BOM信息时数据的一致性和准确性。通过合理配置物料信息,缩短了产品BOM的设计周期,从而提高企业的竞争力。 The traditional BOM system can only serve the inside of the enterprise. Different subsidiaries of the same group have different BOM systems, so it is difficult for them to share the BOM information. The integration of advanced manufacturing and information industry can improve the production organization and business process of the manufacturing industry effectively, which can improve enterprise efficiency and management level and enhance the competitiveness of market. According to the design rules of the management information system, technology of Java Web and advantages of storage and computing of cloud computing are used to design BOM system. BOM system based on cloud computing not only help the enterprise to improve the management of BOM without changing the personnel's habits during the work, but also achieve the target of confirming the data and sharing the information. Through reusing the bill and collocating the material, it can shorten the design cycle. That means to improve the competitive power of enterprises.
