摘要
供应链协同的主要价值是创新供应链商业模式,调整供应链结构,优化供应链流程,共享供应链信息,标准供应链物流,最终实现供应链价值传递并增值,构造竞争优势群和保持核心竞争力。供应链协同管理体系建设的核心就是对供应链整体战略及各环节的业务流程、关键信息、物流配送、资本资金、相关商流要素所进行的重构优化管理,本质是提高核心竞争价值而进行的相互交互和彼此协调的组织行为,供应链协同管理可以有效突破传统企业管理的组织界限,建立了跨组织双赢的业务流程结构,实现供应链整体价值的最大化。
