摘要
近年来,物流行业的发展对物流人才的综合素养提出了更高的要求。文章根据高职院校职业教育的发展要求及特点,以培养学生职业技能为目标,结合实际教学经验,探讨物流管理专业的主干核心课——物流客户服务课程如何将学生综合素养融入教学当中的实施过程,以期使学生具备岗位所需各项综合素养,与现代物流行业的人才需求贴近。
In recent years, the development of logistics industry has put forward higher requirements for the comprehensive quality of logistics talents.
