摘要
针对某厂家客车机械式变速器润滑及温升测试的要求,基于虚拟仪器平台LabVIEW,以PLC为控制核心,开发了集运动控制、数据采集、波形显示为一体的机械式变速器润滑及温升测试系统。模拟不同的爬坡角度,以永磁无刷电机作为动力源,使测试系统尽可能地模拟变速器的实际运行工况,并对厂家生产的机械式手动变速器标准样件进行了规定工况的试验。试验结果表明:开发的测控系统能较好地完成要求的测试任务,运行稳定、可靠。
According to the demand of manufacturer for the test of lubrication and temperature elevation in lubrication system of mechanical transmission, based on the visual instrument development platform Lab VIEW,with the industrial control computer(PLC) as the control core instrument,the testing system for lubrication and temperature elevation of mechanical transmission performance,which of data acquisition,data processing,wave displaying and motion control as the whole,is developed. In the control system,the 2 degree of freedom(2 DOF) motion simulator with actuation redundancy is used to simulate the real working conditions of the gearbox,as well as the load motor controlled by the frequency transformer is used to replace engine as the power supply,which could imitate actual driving cycles of the vehicle possibly. At last,a mechanical transmission sample provided is tested in specified running condition,the results shows that the testing system developed could complete the task well and operated stably and reliably.
