中国上市物流企业绩效分析和对策的研究——以四大类二十家上市物流企业为例

Study on the Performance Analysis of Chinese Listed Logistics Enterprises and its Countermeasures:A Case study of Four Categories of Twenty Listed Logistics Enterprises

运用C2R和C2GS2模型,以中国境内外上市四大类二十家物流企业为对象,收集2014、2015和2016年最新的数据,计算其总体经营绩效值、纯技术绩效值和规模绩效值。得出目前国内上市物流企业总体绩效还有较大的上升空间,整体呈现上升发展的趋势,并且其中规模效益在整体经营中效果较明显。在港口、仓储、运输和快递四个行业中,仓储和快递行业发展最好,总体绩效、纯技术绩效和规模绩效分列前两位,仓储企业的三年纯技术绩效接近1,但仓储企业的规模绩效在四个行业中并不理想还是有很大的改进空间;另外运输类企业在纯技术绩效方面三年连续下降要引起行业人员重视。最后从提高纯技术绩效和规模绩效两个方面给出了对策和建议。

By applying the C R and C GS model,this paper takes four categories of twenty logistics enterprises listed at homeand abroad as the objects and collects latest data in 2014,2015 and 2016 to calculate their overall performance value,puretechnology performance value,and scale performance value. This paper has concluded that there is still a large room to improve theoverall performance of domestic listed logistics enterprises. The overall trend is growing,what＇s more,the scale efficiency is moreobvious in the overall operation. In the four industries of port,warehousing,transportation and express,warehousing and expressindustries get the best development. The overall performance,and pure technical performance and scale performance rank the toptwo respectively. Pure technical performance in three years of the warehousing enterprises has been close to 1. However,scaleperformance of warehousing enterprises is not ideal in four industries,and there is still plenty of room to be improved. Besides,transportation enterprises have declined for three years in terms of pure technology performance,which should be noticed by industrypersonnel. Finally,the countermeasures and suggestions are given from the aspects of improving pure technical performance andscale performance.
