解毒通络汤剂对急性冠脉综合征伴代谢综合征病人HbA1c、hs-CRP、BNP、NE的影响

The Influence of Jiedu Tongluo Decoction on the Levels of HbA1c,hs-CRP,BNP,NE in Patients with Acute Coronary Syndrome Complicated with Metabolic Syndrome

目的观察解毒通络汤剂对急性冠脉综合征(ACS)伴代谢综合征(MS)病人糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、脑钠肽(BNP)、去甲肾上腺素(NE)的影响。方法将76例ACS伴MS病人随机分为对照组与试验组,每组38例。对照组给予西医常规治疗,试验组在对照组基础上加服解毒通络汤剂,疗程为4周。观察两组治疗前后HbA1c、hs-CRP、BNP、NE的变化。结果两组治疗后HbA1c、hs-CRP、BNP、NE较治疗前明显降低(P<0.01),且试验组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论解毒通络汤剂具有降低ACS伴MS病人炎症介质、交感神经兴奋性的作用。

Objective To observe the effects of Jiedu Tongluo decoction （JTD） on the levels of glycosylated hemoglobin （HbA1c）,highsensitive C reactive protein （hs CRP） and brain natriuretic peptide （BNP）,norepinephrine （NE） in patients with acute coronary syn -drome （ACS） complicated with metabolic syndrome （MS）.Methods Seventy six patients with ACS complicated with MS were ran -domly divided into two groups：control group （ n =38） treated with routine treatment,and treatment group （ n =38） treated with routinetreatment and JTD for 4 weeks.The changes of HbA1c,hs CRP,BNP,NE before and after treatment in two groups were observed.Re -sults After treatment,the levels of HbA1c,hs CRP,BNP and NE in treatment group were decreased （ P 〈0.01）,which were signifi-cantly better than those in control group （P 〈0.05）.Conclusion JTD can reduce the inflammation and the excitability of sympatheticnerve function in patients with ACS complicated with MS.
