摘要 以泰国北部输油管道项目为例,分析海外员工属地化的优势、劣势、风险和泰国劳动力市场现状,为解决海外项目员工属地化面临的困难,健全海外项目管理提供思路和经验.分析表明,属地化用工的人工成本较低,可以解决用工合法性和劳务资源短缺问题,较易开展工作. By taking the Oil Pipeline Project in Northern Thailand as an example, the advantages, weaknesses, risks of localization of overseas employees and the current situation of the Thai labour market were analyzed to solve the difficulties of localization of overseas project staff and provide ideas and experience for perfect the overseas project management. The analysis shows that the labor costs of localization of are low, it can solve the legitimacy of employment and labor resources shortage, and it is easier to carry out the work.
