摘要
以西二线某盾构工程中提高劳务分包工程员工稳定率问题为例,通过现场调查,分析了劳务分包工程人员不稳定的要因,同时采取了公开绩效考核、明确奖励机制,宣传项目管理制度,给予劳务分包员工同等待遇等针对性改进措施,起到了良好的效果.
How to apply QC method to analyze the problem of improving the stability rate of labor sub-contracting workers in a certain shield project of a West Second Line Project was introduced. Through an on-site investigation, the instability factors of labor subcontracted employees were analyzed. By using open performance appraisal, the measures are taken, which include clarifying the incentive mechanism publicity of project management system and giving equal treatment to labor subcontracted Giving equal treatment to labor subcontractors, good effect is obtained in practical operations.
