摘要
通过石油管道企业文化的建立、凝练、创新,打造出“继承+创新”、“理念+实践”的企业文化“双+”模式.实践证明,“管之道”文化扎根基层,作用于生产管理,在企业发展的不同阶段凝聚了人心和发展动力,激发了广大干部员工创新、创造的热情,有效促进了企业科学持续快速发展,成为激发企业科学持续发展的活力.
The enterprise culture of “double plus” model-“inheritance + innovation”, “concept + practice” was created through the establishment, condensation and innovation of the culture of petroleum pipeline (CPP) enterprise. The practice proves that the “Pipeline” culture takes root in the grass-roots level, and acts on the production management. It has condensed the people and the development power at different stages of enterprise development. The enthusiasm for innovation and creation of the cadres and staff are stimulated, which effectively promotes the scientific, sus-tainable and rapid development of the enterprise, and it becomes the vitality to stimulate the scientific and sustainable development of the enterprise.
