摘要
基于泰国几个石油管道项目并行的现状,梳理了国际项目群模式及管理的新特点及新变化,分析了该模式下模块化、精细化、快捷化文控管理的原因和必要性,阐述了多项目、多任务模式下精准、高效管理文控的详细方法,节省了人力、物力、时间等成本,对类似项目群模式中文控管理具有较大的借鉴意义.
Based on the current situation of several parallel oil pipeline projects in Thailand, the new characteristics and changes of international project group mode and its management were reviewed in this paper. The reason and necessity of modularization, refinement and quickness of document control management in this mode were analyzed. A detailed method for accurate and efficient management of document control under the multi-project and multi-task mode was described, which could save cost of labor, materials, time to a certain extent. It provides efficient reference for document control under similar mode of project group.
