摘要
针对火电机组快速甩负荷(Fast Cut Back,FCB)过程中除氧器的动态特性变化,建立了除氧器分段模型,以反映除氧器内部结构及工作过程.基于该分段模型对某600 MW机组FCB过程除氧器水位进行仿真研究并提出了相应的控制策略.结果表明:该策略保证了快速甩负荷过程中除氧器水位在机组可承受合理范围变化,有助于电网和电厂的安全运行.
In order to study the change of deaerator dynamic characteristics in process of Fast Cut Back ofthermal power generating unit, the paper has built a sectional model to reflect the internal structure andworking process of the deaerater. Based on the said segmentation model,we conduct simulation research for de-aerator water level of one 600 MW unit FCB process,and present the corresponding control strategy. The resultsshow:the said strategy ensures deaerator water level change within the reasonable scope that it can afford,inthe process of the Fast Cut Back. And it helps to the safe operation of power grid and power station.
