基于LPC 2134微处理器的可燃制冷剂模拟泄漏测试系统设计

摘要 针对国家标准对空调产品的安全检测要求,提出一种基于LPC 2134微处理器的可燃制冷剂模拟泄漏测试系统设计,阐述测量系统的控制原理,详细介绍测量系统的硬件电路设计,重点对电子膨胀阀电路、通信电路进行分析,并给出整个系统的软件设计流程。该系统具有参数设定、数据采集、数据显示等功能,主要实现空调可燃制冷剂模拟泄漏测试。最后制作检测工装并进行测试,试验结果表明,该系统具有安全性强、测量精度高、工作稳定可靠、适用范围广等优点。 According to the requirement of national standard for safety test of air-con-ditioning products, the design of leak simulation test system for flammable refrigerants based on LPC 2134 microprocessor is put forward, and its control principle of the meas-urement system is elaborated. The design of hardware circuit of the measurement system is introduced,focusing on the analysis of the electronic expansion valve circuit and com-munication circuit, and the design process of the software system is given. This system has the functions of parameter setting, data acquisition, data display and so on, thus the leak simulation test on the flammable refrigerants of air-conditioning system is feasible. Finally, the testing tool is made and tested. The test results show that the system has the advantages of high security, high precision,stable and reliable operation,and wide application range, etc..
