从表面式换热器经验公式的适用范围考虑,提出相似换热器的结构设计方法。同时,分别对水侧阻力和空气侧阻力的经验公式进行研究,通过对水侧阻力公式引入流程当量长度,对空气侧阻力公式引入密度变量进行试验分析,从而得出优化的计算公式。

Considering the application scope of the empirical formulas for surface heat exchanger, the structure design method of similar heat exchanger is proposed. At the same time,the empirical formulas for water resistance and air resistance are respectively studied. B y introducing the process equivalent length into the water resistance formula, and introducing the density variable into the air resistance formula, the optimization for-mula is obtained.
