日本对伪满金融问题的研究述评

A Review of Japan's Research on the Puppet Manchukuo Financial Issues

日本在谋划成立伪满洲国时即将经济金融作为重要的统治内容加以研究。在伪满存续期间,日本关东军、"满铁"、日本金融机构以及在伪满金融机构任职的人员、日本银行、日本财阀等都对伪满洲国的金融统治、金融制度、金融机构、金融市场、金融运行等诸多问题进行过全面的研究,形成了大量的图书、文章、报告以及部分机密文件。这些资料既是日本对我国进行金融侵略的确凿证据,也是我们开展伪满研究的重要史料。战后日本的伪满金融研究在研究立场上呈现出比较复杂的状态,主要原因在于研究者们在日本对中国东北侵略与否、殖民与否的认识上存在分歧,因此对这部分研究成果的参考与利用应该首先建立在对其研究立场的谨慎辨析基础之上。此外,现代经济学的分析方法也被应用于对伪满时期的资金流动、特殊会社的资金运作等问题的分析。

In plotting to set up the puppet Manchukuo, Japan began to do some research on the economy and finance as a main control contents. During the puppet Manchukuo period, the Japanese Kwantung army, Man Tie, Japanese financial institutions, officers in financial institutions of the puppet Manchukuo institutions, Japanese banks, and Japanese plutocrats did comprehensive research on the issues such as financial rules, financial system, financial institutions, financial markets, financial operation of the puppet Manchukuo, which brought out a large number of books, articles, reports, and a portion of the confidential documents. These materials are not only conclusive evidence of Japan＇s financial aggression against China,but also an important historical material for us to carry out the research. After World War Ⅱ, Japanese position of the research on the puppet Manchukuo finance appears more complex. The main reason is that there are different opinions of the researchers on Japan＇s invasion in northeast China, colonial aggression or not. So the reference and use of this part of the research should be first based on the research of differentiating the cautious stance. In addition, the analytical method of modern economics is also applied to the analysis of the issues such as the capital flows and the capital operation of special joint-stock companies.
