解放战争时期吉林省区域的货币发行及设计综述

A Review of Currency Issuance and Design in Jilin Province Area during the War of Liberation

从推翻伪满洲国傀儡政权的统治到新中国建立以前(1945.8—1949.10),吉林省区域内形成了国民党统治的国统区和共产党领导的解放区两个货币金融市场。其货币出现了两大特征:一是肃清伪满币等的同时,推行各自统治区货币;二是分区发行货币,统一发行的货币与地区性发行的货币并存。因此,解放时期出现在吉林省区域的货币种类繁多,主要包括苏联红军票、中央银行东北九省流通券与吉林省区域的各种地方流通券三大类。而这些货币的发行、流通情况各有不同,其种类、制版、图案纹样设计、防伪设计等情况各具特色,它们所折射出来的时代性特征与地域性特征也反映了当时的政治历史与社会经济状况。

From the extinction of puppet Manchukuo to the founding of new China（1945.8-1949.10）, two monetary and financial markets have been formed in Jilin province area. The currency in this area has two characteristics： one is to carry out their respective dominant currencies; the other one is the coexistence of a common currency and a regional currency. Therefore, there are various kinds of currency in Jilin province during the period of liberation. The situation of the issue of currency and circulation is different while the aspects of currency such as type, plate-making, pattern design, security design and so on have their own characteristics. All of them reflected the temporal characteristics and regional characteristics as well as the political history and social economic conditions.
