新型二硫酰胺配体的合成及其在Negishi交叉偶联反应中的应用

New Disulfide Amide Ligand Synthesis and Its Application in Negishi Cross-coupling Reaction

摘要 设计并成功地通过五步反应合成了以二茂铁为原料出发的二硫酰胺配体,此路线具有合成方法简单,收率较高,容易保存等优点配体和Pd(CH_3CN)_2Cl_2反应的金属络合物为催化剂能够催化芳基锌试剂和对碘苯甲酸乙酯的Negishi交叉偶联反应.催化剂具有反应速度较快、催化效果较高、室温反应等优点. In this paper,the disulfide amide ligand was designed and synthesized successfully through the five steps with ferrocene as the raw material. This route had the advantages of simple synthetic method,the higher yield and easy to save. The metal complexes of ligands and Pd(CH_3CN)_2Cl_2 as the catalyst was applied to the Negishi bond formation coupling reactions of phenylzinc reagent and ethyl p-iodobenzoate. Catalyst had the advantages of high reaction rate,high catalytic effect and room temperature reaction.
