基于农户调研的中原农区空心村成因及综合处置建议

The Causes and Comprehensive Disposal Suggestions of the Hollow Village in the Central Plains Agricultural Area Based on the Survey of Farmers

依托中原平原农区村庄空心化的基本现状,对河南省鄢陵县马坊乡部分典型平原农区村庄进行问卷调研.把形成空心村的相关因素分为农户自身特征、农户收入特征、农户所在区域特征并运用二元logistic模型对各个因素的相关性进行分析.结果表明:(1)在农户自身特征中性别因素、农民的市民化意愿、农户政策关注度与空心化或宅基地闲置现象不相关,年龄、教育程度和拥有宅基地块数与其具有一定的相关性.(2)在农户收入特征中农用地流转、从事行业、外出人口占家庭总人口比重、家庭收入4个变量跟空心化都具有一定的联系.(3)在农户所在区域特征中除距城镇距离外,区域经济状况、产业状况、交通状况、村集整治状况都与空心化相关.最后对这些因素进行分析,并对空心化的整治提出一些建议.

The basic situation of relying on the Central Plains plain hollow village,a questionnaire survey on Yanling County of Henan Province town Mafang typical plain village. The related factors that form hollow villages are divided into their own characteristics,farmers＇ income characteristics,and their regional characteristics. The binary logistic model is applied to analyze the correlation between various factors. The results show as follows. 1）There is a certain correlation between age,education level and the number of homestead plots,which are not related to the characteristics of the farmers themselves,the willingness of farmers to become citizens,the degree of attention paid by farmers,and the phenomenon of hollowing or homestead idle. 2）In the income characteristics of farmers,there are certain relations between the 4 variables of farmland circulation,industry,outgoing population,household income and hollowing. 3）The regional economic status,industrial status,traffic condition and village renovation status are related to hollowing. In addition to the distance from towns,the regional economic status is related to hollowing.Finally,through the analysis of these factors,some suggestions for hollowing up are put forward.
