摘要
综述了高温对蔬菜作物的影响、耐热性的鉴定方法、耐热性分子遗传、耐热性相关基因方面的研究,分析了目前研究中存在的问题,并对今后蔬菜作物的高温胁迫研究方向进行了展望。
Influences of heat on vegetable,determination of heat resistance,heat-resistant molecular genetics,heat-resistant genes were reviewed.In addition,problems existing in current studies were discussed,and related future research orientation was prospected.
