广东国有林场改革形势下森林经营工作的思考

Thoughts on Forest Management under the Reform of Guangdong State-owned Forest Farm

国有林场是我国生态修复和建设的重要力量,是维护国家生态安全最重要的基础设施。当前,全国正积极推进国有林场改革,由于体制机制变动,国有林场森林经营也将随之发生变化。立足广东国有林场森林资源状况存在的不足,提出通过优化树种结构、大力发展木材战略储备林、提高生态公益林比例和发展林下经济等措施,将国有林场打造为美丽森林主阵地、林业科研示范地、木材战略储备地、绿色产品优产地、百姓向往目的地。

States-owned forest farm is an important force for ecological restoration and construction in China,and is the most important infrastructure to maintain the national ecological security. At present,the country is actively promoting the reform of state-owned forest farms,due to changes in institutional mechanisms,state-owned forest farm forest management will also change accordingly. Based on the existing problems of Guangdong state-owned forest resources situation,put forward to optimize the species structure,vigorously develop strategic reserve of timber forest,improve ecological forest proportion and the development of forest economy and other measures,the state-owned forest farm create beautiful forest main battlefield,forestry research and demonstration battlefield,wood strategic reserves battlefield,excellent green production,people yearning destination.
