摘要 [目的]测定火棘果中多种微量元素含量。[方法]首次建立了ICP-MS同时测定火棘果中Na、Mg、Al、K、Ca、Mn、Fe、Cu、Zn、Ba、Ti、V、Cr、Co、Ni、Ga、As、Se、Rb、Sr、Mo、Cd、Cs、Pb这24种微量元素含量的方法。[结果]该法简单、快速、可靠,线性关系好,检出限低,灵敏度高,相关系数均大于0.999 1;分析结果的相对标准偏差RSD为0~4.4%;标准物质GBW10028(GSB-19黄芪)的测定结果均在真实值范围以内,偏差为1.7%~13.6%。[结论]该方法为火棘果中微量元素含量测定以及火棘果药用价值的深度开发提供了参考依据。 [Objective] To determine the content of various trace elements in Pyracantha fortuneana.[Method] First established the method of ICP-MS,which was used to analyze 24 kinds of trace elements( Na,Mg,Al,K,Ca,Mn,Fe,Cu,Zn,Ba,Ti,V,Cr,Co,Ni,Ga,As,Se,Rb,Sr,Mo,Cd,Cs and Pb) in P. fortuneana at the same time.[Result]The method was simple,fast and reliable,and detection limit was low,while the sensitivity was high,the correlation coefficient was more than 0. 999 1. The relative standard deviation of the analysis results was 0. 0%-4. 4%. The results of standard material GBW10028( GSB-19 Milkvetch Root) were all within the range of true value,and the deviation was 1. 7%-13. 6%.[Conclusion]This method could provide a reference for the study of trace elements content and the deeply medicinal value development of P. fortuneana.
