结直肠癌患者口服化疗药物依从性影响因素研究

Study on Factors Influencing Compliance of Oral Chemotherapy Drugs in Patients with Colorectal Cancer

目的调查结直肠癌患者口服化疗药物的依从性,分析影响因素。方法采用自行设计的问卷、Morisky药物依从性量表、自我感受负担量表及健康促进策略量表,对2015年5月至2017年6月期间129例结直肠癌口服化疗药患者进行调查。结果患者口服化疗药物依从性得分为6.49±1.03分,处于中等水平。依从性影响因素为化疗期间工作情况、口服化疗药疗效、康复信心、化疗症状体验得分、身体感受负担、自我效能等。结论医护人员应该更加关注无工作、化疗症状体验多的患者口服化疗药的依从性,加强健康教育,提高患者自我效能以及对化疗症状的认知,增强其康复信心,从而提高其依从性。

Objective To investigate the status quo and influencing factors of compliance of oral chemotherapy drugs among patients with colorectal cancer. Methods A total of 129 patients with colorectal cancer who admitted hospital and received oral chemotherapy treatment from May 2015 to June 2016 were enrolled in this study. They administrated several questionnaires, including a self-designed questionnaire, Morisky Drug Compliance Scale, Self-Perceived Burden Scale, and Strategies Used by People to Promote Health Scale. Results The average score of drug compliance was 6.49±1.03, which was at a medium level. We found working condition during chemotherapy, efficacy of oral chemotherapy, recovery confidence, chemotherapy symptom and experience score, self-perceived burden and self-efficacy were associated with drug compliance. Conclusion Medical staff should pay more attention to drug compliance of patients who are out of work and have more symptoms during chemotherapy, and further enhance their health education, improve their self-efficacy and their cognition of chemotherapy symptoms enhance their confidence in recovery, in order to enhance their compliance.
