摘要
目的探讨护理组织氛围对手术室护理人员建言行为的影响。方法采用便利抽样法抽取浙江省4所三级医院(2所三甲,2所三乙)的手术室护士312名进行问卷调查,了解手术室护理组织氛围和护理人员建言行为的现状,并探讨两者之间的关系。结果手术室护理人员建言行为总分为33.86±11.21分,手术室的护理组织氛围与手术室护理人员的建言行为呈正相关;回归分析显示,控制人口学变量之后,冲突、组织有效性和关心员工共可以解释手术室护理人员建言行为的38.9%。结论手术室护理管理者应根据科室护理组织氛围中的不足之处,制订针对性的干预措施,增进手术室护理人员的建言行为。
Objective To determine the impact of nursing organizational climate on the voice behavior of nursing staff in operating room. Methods A total of 312 operating room nurses were recruited from three-class hospitals in Zhejiang by convenience sampling method. They were investigated with Voice Behavior Scale and Nursing Organizational Atmosphere Scale. The relationship between nursing organizational atmosphere and voice behavior of nursing staff in operating room was analyzed. Results The total score of voice behavior scale in operating room nurses was(33.86±11.21). There were significant positive correlations between score of nursing organizational climate of operating room nurses and score of voice behavior scale. Regression analysis showed that the factor scores of nursing organizational climate in operating room nurses such as conflict, organizational effectiveness and care for employees could independently explain 38.9% of the variance for voice behavior after controlling demographic variables. Conclusion The operating room care managers should develop targeted intervention measures to improve the voice behavior of nursing staff in the operating room according to the shortcomings of the department's nursing organizational climate.
