摘要
简要介绍了首钢京唐公司75 000 m^3/h空分设备氪氙提取系统的工艺流程,针对氪氙提取系统调试过程中出现的贫氪氙液氧中甲烷去除不彻底、氪氙除氧塔精馏工况不稳定等问题进行了详细分析,并给出了改进措施,取得了良好效果。
This paper briefly introduces the technological process of krypton xenon extraction system of 75 000 m^3/h air separation equipment of the Shougang Jingtang United Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.,analyzes the problems of the incomplete removal of methane from krypton xenon liquid oxygen and the unstable condition of krypton xenon oxygen removal tower during the commissioning of krypton xenon extraction system,and gives some improvement measures.
