摘要
针对规模化沼气工程中厌氧消化罐大型化、集群化发展趋势,采用PHAST软件对大型厌氧消化罐发生泄漏后的扩散范围进行模拟,并定量分析了不同泄漏高度、不同泄漏孔径下,发生闪火、喷射火、延迟点燃爆炸等事故后果的影响范围。基于分析结果,对厌氧消化罐的安全间距以及应急措施提出了建议。
As the anaerobic digesters in large scale biogas projects are growing larger and Clustering,the diffusion range of large anaerobic digester leakage was simulated using PHAST software. The influence range of flash fire,jet fire,delay ignition and explosion was analyzed quantitatively. Based on the analysis results,suggestions are given on the safety spacing and emergency measures of anaerobic digesters.
