摘要
根据钛白废水制备石膏工艺的现状与不足,在分析中和反应机理后,首先提出一次中和,制备不含钛的白石膏,该白石膏可供水泥厂直接使用;然后用一段滤液制备红石膏晶种;通过二次中和,制备低水分且SO_3合格的红石膏;最后二段滤液经曝气、浓密、沉淀,得到色度低且达GB8978-1996标准的外排水。该方案不仅能较好治理钛白废水,得到高价值的石膏,而且操作简单,治理成本低。
According to the present situation and deficiency of the gypsum preparation process of titanium white wastewater,after analyzing the neutralization mechanism,a white gypsum with no Titanium is prepared,which can be used directly in cement plant.The red gypsum was prepared by a section of leachate. The red gypsum with low moisture and SO_3 qualification was prepared by secondary neutralization. The last two segments of the leachate was aerated,dense and precipitation,and the external drainage with low Chroma and up to GB 8978-1996 standard was obtained. The scheme can not only treat titanium white wastewater,get high value gypsum,but also simple operation and low cost.
