右美托咪定联合舒芬太尼用于重症急性胰腺炎患者镇静镇痛临床观察 被引量:4

摘要 目的:观察右美托咪定联合舒芬太尼用于重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)患者镇静镇痛临床效果。方法:选择2013年1月-2017年1月我院临床外科收治的SAP患者82例,随机均分成观察组、对照组,分别在舒芬太尼基础上静注右美托咪定和咪达唑仑,对比两组镇静镇痛效果。结果:观察组给药后起效时间[(1.41±0.87)min]、给药后苏醒时间[(7.08±3.34)min]、ICU住院时间[(4.80±1.64)d]、不良反应率(2.44%)均低于对照组[(4.42±1.37)min、(66.16±11.47)min及(7.11±2.05)d、17.07%],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:舒芬太尼基础上给予SAP患者右美托咪定,镇痛镇静效果颇佳,安全性好,值得应用。
