摘要
晶闸管旁路开关在发生故障时可以迅速导通以保护换流器。基于500 kV苏南UPFC工程,分析了晶闸管旁路开关的单阀级数、均压回路等相关参数设计,介绍了晶闸管单体试验、绝缘强度试验及运行试验等电气试验的主要项目,并利用跳闸试验考核了晶闸管旁路开关的可靠动作,验证了设计和试验的合理性。
Thyristor Bypass Switch(TBS) will be trigged quickly to protect the converter when the fault occurs. Based on 500 kV unified power flow control(UPFC) project in southern Jiangsu, this paper analyzed the single valve of TBS and voltage-sharing circuit of related parameters design. Introduction was made to the thyristor single test, the dielectric strength test and the running test etc main items of electrical tests. And the tripping operation test was used to examine the TBS's reliable action, which verifies the rationality of the design and test.
