摘要
2015年初,我国全面实行机关事业单位养老保险改革,目标是改革现行机关事业单位工作人员退休保障制度,逐步建立独立于机关事业单位之外、资金来源多渠道、保障方式多层次、管理服务社会化的养老保险体系。文章对医疗事业单位养老保险制度改革工作进行了分析,探讨改革的重点与难点,同时针对改革工作中的制约因素提出相应建议。
China began to carry out a full pension insurance system reform in public agencies and institutions in early 2015 in an attempt to establish a pension system which is characterized by multiple sources of fund, diversifed modes of insurance and socialized service and management independent of these institutions. This article analyzes the pension insurance system reform in public medical institutions to identify work priority and diffculties, and propose countermeasures to tackle the reform constraints.
