Application of project management methods to improve management in issuing Resident Medical Certificates of Death in our hospital

目的运用项目管理方法的理论,加强医院《居民死亡医学证明(推断)书》规范化管理。方法以加强《居民死亡医学证明(推断)书》管理为项目运作特定目标,按项目管理方法中项目实施的5个阶段对该项目进行运作。结果该项目的实施,优化了《居民死亡医学证明(推断)书》办理流程,提高了医师填报的完整率和准确率。结论将项目管理方法应用到《居民死亡医学证明(推断)书》管理工作中,有利于医院对于《居民死亡医学证明(推断)书》的规范化管理,并为医院提供了一种新的管理模式。

Objective To strengthen the standardized management in issuing Resident Medical Certificates of Death according to the theory and method of project management. Methods With the goal of enhancing the management in issuing Resident Medical Certificates of Death, we carried out the project in five stages according to the project management methods. Results The implementation of this project optimized the work flow for issuing Resident Medical Certificates of Death and improved the rates of completeness and accuracy of information in the certificates filled in by physicians. Conclusion Application of project management methods facilitates the standardized management in issuing Resident Medical Certificates of Death and provides a novel mode of management in hospitals.
