摘要
医院档案认证工作在档案的规范化、制度化和电子化管理方面具有重要作用。文章以三级甲等医院档案室达标升级的实践经验为基础,总结了新一轮医药卫生体制改革形势下如何运用系统化思维谋划和做好档案工作,以及集中人力、财力和物力来推动医院档案室达标认证,从而促进与提升医疗管理水平。
Hospital archives authentication plays a key role in the standardized, systematic and digital management of archives. Based on the experience in the upgrade of archive rooms up to the standard at tertiary hospitals, this article summarizes the measures to better plan and undertake the archive management in a systematic manner in the context of the recent medical and health reform, and promote the authentication of the archive room at our hospital by pooling manpower, funds and materials so as to improve the healthcare management.
