摘要
目的分析实例讨论在临床微生物学检验教学中的应用价值。方法在临床微生物学检验教学中采用实例讨论,随机抽取40名学生使用自制的教学效果检验问卷调查学生对实例讨论的态度,并分析实例讨论的实际效果和应用价值。结果认为实例讨论能够调动学习积极性的占比90.0%(36例),认为实例讨论更易于理解授课内容的占比92.5%(37例),认为实例讨论能够帮助提高学习效率和自主学习能力的占比82.5%,认为实例讨论的优势明显优于传统教学的占比85.0%(34例)。结论在临床微生物学检验教学中实施实例讨论,有助于提高学生的学习积极性和自主学习能力,这一教学方式的优势在于深化教学内涵、降低学习难度、提升学习参与程度等。
Objective To analyze the application value of case discussion in clinical microbiology examination teaching. Methods Case discussion was used in the teaching of clinical microbiology examination. 40 students were randomly selected to use a self-made teaching efect test questionnaire to survey students' attitudes towards case discussions, and to analyze the practical efects and the actual efect and application value are discussed. Results It was considered that case discussion can mobilize learning enthusiasm accounted for 90.0% (36 cases). It was considered that case discussion was easier to understand the content of the lesson, accounted for 92.5% (37 cases). It was considered that that case discussion can help improve learning efficiency and autonomous learning ability, account for 82.5%. It was considered that the superiority of case discussion was obviously superior to that of traditional teaching, account for 85.0% (34 cases). Conclusion It is helpful to improve the students' learning enthusiasm and self-learning ability in the teaching of clinical microbiology test. The advantage of this teaching method lies in deepening the connotation of teaching, reducing the difficulty of learning and improving the degree of learning participation.
