重症监护病房护士工作压力源与心理健康水平的相关性研究

Study on the Correlation Between Working Stressors and Mental Health of Nurses in Intensive Care Unit

目的对重症监护病房护士工作压力源与心理健康水平的相关性进行探究。方法选取我院重症监护病房护士100名,采用随机抽样方法对其进行问卷调查,问卷具体内容包括:症状自评量表、情况调查表、工作压力源表等。结果回收有效问卷98份,我院护士与正常女性相比,心理健康状况较为突出(P<0.05),而护士心理健康水平与工作压力源相关(P<0.05)。结论需要对于重症监护病房护士的心理健康加以重视,采取有效措施对护士进行心理疏导。

Objective To explore the relationship between working stressors and mental health of nurses in intensive care unit （ICU）. Methods 100 nurses in ICU were selected. Random sampling method was used to conduct a questionnaire. The specifc contents of the questionnaire included symptom Checklist （SCL）, situation questionnaire, Job stress Source Table, etc. Results 98 valid questionnaires were collected. The mental health status of nurses in our hospital was more prominent than that of normal women （P 〈 0.05）. Nurses＇ mental health level was related to work stressors （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Attention should be paid to the mental health of nurses in ICU, and efective measures should be taken to nurse psychological counseling.
