经皮肾镜气压弹道碎石术治疗上尿路结石328例报告 被引量:4

Clinic Report on the Efficacy for 328 cases of Upper Urinary Calculi Under Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy With Pneumatic Lithotripsy

摘要 目的评价经皮肾镜气压弹道碎石术治疗上尿路结石的疗效及安全性。方法回顾分析328例接受经皮肾镜气压弹道碎石术治疗上尿路结石患者的临床资料。结果 328例患者中一期成功建立皮肾通道323例,其余5例中3例中转开放手术治疗,另2例1周后再次手术成功建立皮肾通道。325例病例中,一期碎石治疗307例,二期碎石治疗18例。271例无残留结石,一期结石清除率83.3%,27例选择经原通道二期碎石清石治疗,其余病例行体外冲击波碎石治疗。结论只要严格遵守操作规范,熟练掌握手术技巧,重视并发症的预防和处理,经皮肾镜气压弹道碎石术是一种创伤小、安全高效、并发症少的治疗方法。 Objective To assess the clinical efficacy and safety of percutaneous nephrolithotomy with pneumatic lithotripsy in treating upper urinary calculi. Methods The data of 328 patients with upper urinary calculi who underwent percutaneous nephrolithotomy with pneumatic lithotripsy from november 2008 to august 2016 retrospectively were analyzed. Results 328 patients in the frst phase of the establishment of skin kidney channel 323 cases. The remaining 5 cases, 3 cases were transferred to open surgery, and the other 2 cases a week after re-operation to establish a successful skin nephropathy. Of the 325 cases, 307 were treated with lithotripsy and 18 in the second stage. 271 cases without residual stones, a stone removal rate of 83.3%, 27 cases were selected by the original channel two gravel stone treatment, the remaining cases of extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy treatment. Conclusion As long as strict compliance with the operating norms, skilled mastery of surgical techniques, attention to the prevention and treatment of complications, percutaneous nephrolithotomy ballistic lithotripsy is a small trauma, safe and efficient, less complications of treatment.
