胰岛素短期强化治疗初诊2型糖尿病的临床效果观察

Clinical Effect of Short-term Intensive Insulin Therapy on Newly Diagnosed Type 2 Diabetes

目的观察胰岛素短期强化治疗初诊2型糖尿病的临床效果。方法选择2016年8月—2017年4月在我院接受治疗的初诊2型糖尿病患者46例作为研究对象,随机划入观察组和对照组,其中观察组23例,对照组23例,分别接受胰岛素短期强化治疗和口服降糖药物治疗,比较两组患者的空腹血糖、PBS2、GHbA1c以及空腹C肽四项指标水平。结果观察组患者空腹血糖(5.9±0.8)mmol/L,PBS2(8.2±1.4)mmol/L,GHbA1c(8.7±1.4)%,空腹C肽水平(1.8±0.2)μg/L;对照组患者空腹血糖(9.2±1.4)mmol/L,PBS2(14.6±1.3)mmol/L,GHbA1c(11.3±1.2)%,空腹C肽水平(0.9±0.3)μg/L;组间差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论胰岛素短期强化治疗初诊2型糖尿病效果显著。

Objective To observe the clinical efect of short-term intensive insulin therapy on newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes. Methods 46 patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes who received treatment in our hospital from August 2016 to Apirl 2017 were selected as research subjects. They were randomly assigned to the observation group and the control group. There were 23 cases in the observation group and 23 in the control group. They were given insulin intensive treatment and oral hypoglycemic therapy respectively. The fasting blood glucose, PBS2, GHbA1c and four C peptide levels of the two groups were compared. Results The fasting plasma glucose （5.9 ± 0.8） mmol/L, PBS2 （8.2 ± 1.4） mmol/L, GHbA1c （8.7 ± 1.4）% and fasting C peptide level （1.8 ± 0.2） g/L were observed in the observation group. In the control group, the patients＇ fasting blood glucose （9.2 ± 1.4） mmol/L, PBS2 （14.6 ± 1.3） mmol/L, GHbA1c （11.3 ± 1.2）%, and C level （0.9 ± 0.3） mu g/L were found in the fasting group, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion Short term intensive insulin therapy is effective for newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus.
