雷公藤多苷片联合曲普瑞林治疗子宫内膜异位症术后疗效观察

Therapeutic Effect of Tripterygium Wilfordii Multi Glucoside Combined With Triptorelin in the Treatment of Endometriosis

目的分析雷公藤多苷片联合醋酸曲普瑞林治疗子宫内膜异位症腹腔镜术后的疗效。方法选取本院2015年1月—2016年1月本院收治78例腹腔镜手术治疗的子宫内膜异位症患者,按照随机数字表法分为观察组39例,对照组39例,对照组术后用醋酸曲普瑞林,观察组在对照组基础上加用雷公藤多苷片;对比两组的临床效果,治疗前后FSH、E2的变化,自然受孕率及不良反应。结果观察组的临床有效率(94.87%)明显高于对照组临床有效率(84.61%),观察组1年自然受孕率(48.72%)明显高于对照组1年自然受孕率(33.33%),差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为7.69%,对照组不良反应发生率为5.14%,两组不良反应发生率对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论雷公藤多苷片联合醋酸曲普瑞林能显著提高治疗子宫内膜异位症术后治疗效果,提高自然受孕率。

Objective To analyze the curative effect of tripterygium wilfordii multi glucoside combined with triptorelin in the treatment of endometriosis. Methods 78 patients with endometriosis treated by laparoscopic surgery from January 2015 to January 2016 in our hospital were selected, according to random number table method, they were divided into observation group （39 cases） and control group （39 cases）. The control group was treated with tripterolide acetate and the observation group was added tripterygium glycosides tablets on the basis of the control group. The clinical efects of two groups were compared. The changes of FSH and E2 before and after treatment, natural pregnancy rate and adverse reactions were compared. Results The clinical efective rate of the observation group （94.87%） was signifcantly higher than that of the control group （84.61%）. The natural pregnancy rate of the observation group in 1 years （48.72%） was signifcantly higher than that of the control group in 1 years （33.33%）. The difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 7.69%, and the incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 5.14%. There was no signifcant diference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Tripterygium glycosides tablets combined with tripterine acetate can signifcantly improve the therapeutic efect of endometriosis and improve the natural conception rate.
