茵陈蒿汤与大承气汤保留灌肠对阻塞性黄疸的临床疗效

Clinical Effect of Retention Enema With Yin Chen Hao Decoction and Retention Enema of Dachengqi Decoction on Obstructive Jaundice

目的探究茵陈蒿汤加减联合大承气汤保留灌肠治疗阻塞性黄疸的临床疗效。方法选择阻塞性黄疸患者92例作为本次的研究对象,均为我院就诊,时间为2016年5月12日—2017年5月12日,采取信封随机分组模式分为两组,每组均占据46例,分别选择不同的方式进行治疗(对常规组给予茵陈蒿汤加减治疗,实验组在此基础上加用大承气汤保留灌肠治疗),将两组的治疗效果进行总结分析。结果治疗总有效率:实验组与常规组分别为95.65%与78.26%,比较组间数据差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论对阻塞性黄疸患者采取茵陈蒿汤+大承气汤保留灌肠治疗的效果显著,便于将患者的临床症状有效改善。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Yin Chen Hao decoction combined with retention enema of Dachengqi Decoction in the treatment of obstructive jaundice. Methods 92 patients with obstructive jaundice were selected as the subjects of this study. They were treated in our hospital from May 12, 2016 to May 12, 2017. The envelopes were randomly divided into two groups, 46 cases in each group. The conventional group was treated with Yin Chen Hao decoction, and the experimental group was additionally treated with retention enema with Dachengqi decoction. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were summarized and analyzed. Results The total efective rate of treatment group was 95.65% and 78.26% respectively in the experimental group and the routine group. The difference between the two groups was statistically signifcant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The efect of retention enema with Yin Chen Hao Decoction and Dachengqi Decoction on obstructive jaundice is remarkable, and it is easy to improve the clinical symptoms of patients.
