循证护理对胃溃疡患者生活质量及治疗依从性的影响体会

Influence of Evidence Based Nursing on Quality of Life and Treatment Compliance of Gastric Ulcer Patients

目的分析循证护理干预在胃溃疡患者生活质量以及治疗依从性中的影响。方法选择来我院就医的胃溃疡患者(98例,2016年11月22日—2017年11月11日),通过就诊顺序单双号分组(分两组)。分别给予基础性护理、循证护理干预,对比两组生活质量评分、治疗依从性。结果观察组生活质量评分数据明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组依从例数为45例,对照组为30例,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论循证护理干预在胃溃疡患者生活质量以及治疗依从性中具有一定的影响。

Objective To analyze the infuence of evidence-based nursing intervention on quality of life and compliance of patients with gastric ulcer. Methods Patients with gastric ulcer （98 cases, from November 22, 2016 to November 11, 2017） who were admitted to our hospital for medical treatment were divided into two groups according to the order of treatment. Basic nursing and evidence-based nursing intervention were given separately, and the quality of life scores and treatment compliance were compared between the two groups. Results The quality of life score of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group, the diference was statistically signifcant （P 〈 0.05）. The number of compliance cases in the observation group was 45 cases and that of the control group was 30 cases, the diference was statistically signifcant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Evidence-based nursing intervention in patients with gastric ulcer quality of life and treatment compliance has a certain impact, can be extended.
