体位护理用于复杂输尿管结石手术患者护理中的效果

Effect of Body Position Nursing on Patients With Complicated Ureteral Calculi Surgery

目的探讨体位护理对于复杂型输尿管结石患者手术情况的影响。方法在2015年5月—2017年2月外科收治的复杂型输尿管结石患者中抽出82例进行临床护理观察。依据护理方法将复杂型输尿管结石患者均分成体位护理组(41例)、普通组(41例),普通组患者行常规围术期护理,体位护理组患者在进行常规围术期护理同时结合体位护理,分析两组患者手术情况、术后疼痛情况。结果体位护理组患者的手术情况、术后疼痛情况均优于普通组患者,两组比较,P<0.05。结论对复杂型输尿管结石患者行体位护理,可提升手术效果,缓解患者术后疼痛,效果较好。

Objective To investigate the effect of posture nursing on the operation of complex ureteral calculi. Methods From May 2015 to February 2017, 82 patients with complex ureteral calculi were given surgical nursing care. According to the nursing method, all patients with complex ureteral calculi were divided into position nursing group （41 cases） and general group （41 cases）. Routine perioperative nursing was performed in the general group. In the position nursing group, patients underwent routine perioperative nursing and body position nursing. The operation condition and postoperative pain of the two groups were analyzed. Results The operative condition and postoperative pain of the patients in the position nursing group were better than those in the ordinary group. The two groups were compared with P 〈 0.05. Conclusion Body position nursing for patients with complex ureteral calculi can improve operation effect and relieve postoperative pain.
