摘要
对某吸收塔建立两种不同的模型进行模态分析,得到不同阶段的固有频率及振型,并在此基础上进一步分析吸收塔的动力学响应.分析结果表明:吸收塔在空塔阶段与操作阶段的各阶振型不尽相同,但各阶振型均以弯曲振型为主.对比弯曲振型的固有频率,两种分析方法的计算结果非常接近.由于吸收塔在操作阶段的各阶弯曲振型固有频率均小于空塔阶段,因此应更加关注其操作阶段的振动特性.
Two different FEA models of the absorbing tower are established for the modal analysis, the results of natural frequencies and vibration modes are obtained at different stages. The foundation is laid for further dynamic analysis of the absorbing tower.The research shows that vibration modes of the absorbing tower in the operation stage are not same as those in the empty tower stage. However, vibration modes are mainly bending vibration modes.Comparing the natural frequencies of the bending vibration modes,the results of the two analytical methods are very close.Due to the natural frequencies of the bending vibration modes in the operation stage are all smaller than those in the empty tower stage,the vibration characteristics of absorbing tower in the operation stage should be paid more attention.
