摘要
介绍了某炼油厂甲醇制烯烃装置中烯烃加热炉的设计方案,包括炉型选择、管系设计、燃烧器选型与布置等,并通过CFD对炉膛内烟气流动、温度分布以及炉管表面热强度等进行分析,验证了该加热炉采用的炉型、炉管排布以及燃烧器布置的合理性,对烯烃加热炉的设计具有一定的借鉴意义.
This paper introduces the design scheme of olefin heaters for methanol to olefin unit including selection of heater type,coil design,model selection and arrangement of burners. It analyzes the flue gas flow,temperature distribution and heat intensity on the surface of the tubes by adopting CFD.It is proved that the heater type, layout of coils and arrangement of burners are reasonable. This can provide some reference for the design of olefin heaters.
