烟气脱硫装置结晶蒸发加热器内漏原因分析及对策

摘要 某石化公司热电厂烟气脱硫装置硫酸铵结晶蒸发加热器自投用以来,管束多次泄漏失效.通过宏观检测、工艺物料分析、材质分析等技术手段,并查阅相关文献,明确是由于含有结晶颗粒的硫酸铵浆液,在高流速下磨蚀换热管,造成的穿孔泄漏.针对上述原因.通过采取将材质升级为既耐氯离子腐蚀又耐磨蚀的2507超级双相不锈钢,同时工艺上调整硫酸铵浆液流速、加强硫酸铵浆液的固液分离,降低工艺物料的磨蚀等措施,取得明显效果,确保了设备的长周期运行,并从技术上和管理上提出了预防措施. Thermal power plant's flue gas desulfurization device since putting-in-service proactively, ammonium sulfate crystallization evaporation heater tube bundle leakage failure many times. Material analysis,qualitative analysis by the macro inspection, process technology, such as consulting relevant literature,clear is due to containing ammonium sulfate crystal grain size, abrasive wear under high flow velocity in heat pipe,perforation caused by leakage. For these reasons, from the technical and management on the prevention measures are put forward,through material upgrade for the resistance to chlorine ion corrosion and abrasion resistance of super duplex stainless steel 2507,adjust the ammonium sulfate slurry process,strengthen the solid-liquid separation of ammonium sulfate slurry flow velocity,and reduce the process of material abrasion,obvious effect,to ensure the equipment running long period.
