摘要
软骨损伤、退变是骨科的常见疾病,常导致关节的疼痛、功能障碍,甚至造成残疾。软骨缺损的修复、再生成为了医学界的难题之一,而组织工程的快速发展为这个问题提供了新的解决思路和方案。水凝胶支架由于其结构与天然细胞外基质相近,利于种子细胞存活,植入创伤小,可以填充任何形状缺损并与宿主软骨紧密结合等优点被广泛应用于组织工程软骨的研究中。本文现就不同材料所构建的水凝胶支架在组织工程软骨中的应用进展作一综述。
Cartilage injury and degeneration are common diseases which often lead to joint pain,dysfunction,and even disability.The repair and regeneration of cartilage defects has become a significant challenge,the rapid development of tissue engineering provides a new scheme for this problem.Hydrogel scaffolds are widely used in tissue engineering cartilage because of their similar structure with natural extracellular matrix,favorable for survival of seed cells,small trauma to implant,filling of any shape defect and closely connection with the host cartilage.This article reviews the progress of the application of hydrogel scaffolds constructed by different materials in tissue engineering cartilage.
